Job Title: Level 2 Nursery Practitioner
Salary: Competitive (based on experience and qualifications)
As a Level 2 Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in supporting children’s development through engaging activities, providing a safe and stimulating environment, and working closely with a friendly and experienced team. You’ll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with both children and their families, helping each child reach their full potential.
Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment
Observe, record, and report on children’s progress
Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development
Promote a positive and inclusive setting
A Level 2 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent)
Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting (preferred)
A warm, caring, and patient personality
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
A team player with a passion for working with children
A supportive and inclusive work environment
