Are you passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for young children? These Nursery Practitioner roles range from daily supply to long-term and permanent positions, starting in May 2025.

Duties as a Nursery Practitioner:

1. Supporting the development of children’s language and communication skills.
2. Encouraging positive behaviour and providing pastoral support when required.
3. Preparing and setting up activities, ensuring resources are available and used appropriately.
4. Providing feedback to parents and carers on children’s progress and achievements.
5. Fostering a safe and inclusive environment.

Ideal Nursery Practitioner:

1. Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
2. Previous experience as an Early Years Practitioner in an early childhood education setting.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
4. Paediatric First Aid qualification preferred.
