Job summary

We Manage Jobs(WMJobs) is seeking a Nursery Practitioner to join our Early Years Team in the 3 months–3 years department. The role supports learning, care, and development for young children at Franche Primary School.

The ideal candidate will hold Level 3 in early years or equivalent, plus Level 2 with progression toward Level 3, and GCSE English (4+). The post offers 37 hours per week with a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 in early years or equivalent.
• Level 2 in early years with progress toward Level 3.
• GCSE English at grade 4 or above (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Join the Early Years Team in the 3 months–3 years department.
• Contribute to positive outcomes in children's learning, care and development.
• Support daily classroom activities and pupil safeguarding.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, creative, inspirational and dedicated Nursery Worker to join our Early Years Team in our 3months -3 years department.

The ideal candidate should be qualified in one of the following qualifications or equivalent:

Level 3 in early years

Level 2 in early years, working towards level 3

They would need to have a patient, caring attitude. Candidates must have GCSE English at grade 4 or above (or equivalent). They should be flexible and able work across all age ranges.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring positive outcomes for all children in their learning, care and development.
