Job summary

Destination Education is currently working with a range of welcoming primary schools and early years settings in London and surrounding areas, offering Nursery Practitioner roles.

Ideal candidates will hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant certificate, have experience in nursery/early years or primary settings, and be passionate about supporting young children’s development through play and structured activities.

Qualifications

• Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant certificate or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in nursery/early years or primary settings.
• Demonstrates passion for Early Years education and child development.
• Caring, patient, enthusiastic and nurturing with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the learning and development of children within a nursery and early years environment.

These roles are ideal for passionate Early Years professionals who enjoy creating engaging learning experiences and helping young children develop their confidence, independence, and social skills.

You will work closely with the teaching team to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn through play and exploration.

For these positions, candidates will be required to hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant certificate or relevant Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
