Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our Client based near Enfield, East London. This 18-month old setting is growing rapidly! They are seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner and Room Leader to help support the growth they are seeing. This tight-knit team is looking for the right person!

The setting is on half an acre of lush green land with views spanning the countryside!

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Have an excellent understanding of the EYFS
  2. Manage a small team of 2-3 other staff members
  3. Be able to implement the EYFS into activities
  4. Understand the importance of assessment and ensure all children receive the statutory progress checks required
  5. Maintain records of your key children’s development and learning journeys and share with parents, carers, and other professionals
  6. Be involved in out of working hours’ activities, e.g. training, staff meetings, etc.
  7. Build strong relationships with the team, the children, and parents/carers
