Job summary

The Learning Experience UK in East Finchley is hiring a Nursery Practitioner to support children's development through EYFS activities in a safe, engaging environment. This full-time, permanent role offers a welcoming team and a competitive salary.

You will plan activities, track milestones, and work with families while following safeguarding policies. Eligibility requires a full and relevant Level 2+ Early Years qualification and the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Full & relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an early years setting (Nursery Nurse, Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection.
• A passion for early childhood education and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver activities that support children’s development.
• Create a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment in line with EYFS.
• Track and celebrate developmental milestones.
