Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a Nursery Practitioner in Chippenham for flexible, part-time day-to-day cover. You will support different rooms and age groups, delivering activities aligned with EYFS and ensuring high-quality care and routines for children throughout the day.

The role requires a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare, nursery experience, and a caring, adaptable attitude to help every child reach their potential.

Qualifications

TeacherActive is proud to be working with Nurseries in Chippenham to recruit a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner. The nurseries provide a welcoming and stimulating Early Years environment where children are encouraged to explore, develop their confidence and reach their full potential.

TeacherActive is looking to take on a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for flexible, part-time day-to-day cover, supporting different rooms and age groups depending on the needs of the setting. The successful Nursery Practitioner will help deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS, support daily routines and ensure children receive high-quality care and attention throughout the day.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
• Experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS
• Confidence supporting children across different nursery rooms and age groups
• A flexible and adaptable approach to working
• A caring, enthusiastic and reliable attitude
