Role responsibilities include:

• Promoting high standards of quality in the nursery environment and resources.
• Assuming key carer responsibilities for designated children.
• Providing rich, stimulating experiences suitable for each child's age and development.
• Supporting children’s activities and maintaining effective management in the absence of the Team/Room Leader.
• Ensuring practice aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Mentoring students and unqualified staff to ensure high-quality childcare.
