Role Responsibilities

• Meet each child's individual needs as a keyworker, supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs
• Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning in line with EYFS
• Encourage and praise children's development and achievements
• Ensure a fun and engaging environment for children

Minimum Requirements

Must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, such as as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse.
