Level 2 and 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner

Area: Castle Bromwich

Hours: 15-30 hours per week

Role: Long term - possible permanent role

Aspire People is working with an excellent childcare provider seeking Nursery Practitioners interested in part-time or full-time roles. The nursery, rated Good by Ofsted, is based in Castle Bromwich. The successful candidate must be dedicated, passionate, enthusiastic, and driven to provide young children with the best early years education and care, with a strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.

The role includes:

1. Being a Key Person
2. Delivering outstanding learning opportunities and exceptional care
3. Planning and providing effective teaching and learning
4. Safeguarding and promoting the health, safety, and welfare of children
5. Communicating with colleagues and parents/carers to meet individual needs

Requirements:

• Level 2 or above qualifications in childcare or early years
• DBS on the update service or willingness to have a new one processed
• Paediatric First Aid certification or willingness to undergo a 2-day training course
• Comfortable with nappies if required
• Ability to provide two references, including one from the most recent employer
