Job summary

Abbey Ark Nursery at Bourne Abbey Church of England Primary Academy, Part of Infinity Academies Trust, is seeking an outstanding Nursery Playworker for maternity cover in our EYFS setting. Role includes a mix of early starts (7:30am) and late finishes (6pm) with a fixed-term end date of 31.07.2027, subject to change if the substantive postholder returns.

Applicants should have GCSE Maths & English at grade C or above or equivalent and a Level 3 childcare diploma.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths & English grade C or above (or equivalent).
• Level 3 Diploma in childcare is required.
• Experience in early years is essential.
• Willing to engage in training and development.

Abbey Ark Nursery at Bourne Abbey Church of England Primary Academy, Part of Infinity Academies Trust are looking to appoint an outstanding Nursery Playworker to work in our Nursery within our EYFS setting. This role has a flexible working pattern to include a combination of 7:30am start time and 6pm finish time. This role is offered on maternity cover, fixed-term basis until 31.07.2027. Please note this may end sooner if the substantive postholder returns whereby one months notice will be given.

Applicants should have achieved Grade C or above in GCSE Maths & English or equivalent and a minimum of a Level 3 diploma in childcare. Experience of working within early years is essential.
