KPI-Recruiting-Ltd is recruiting a Nursery Nurse (Level 3 Qualified) for a Colchester-based nursery in Essex. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with salary up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience.

You will support children’s learning, development and well-being in a safe, stimulating setting. Working within a supportive team, you’ll implement activities aligned to the EYFS, monitor progress, build strong relationships with parents, and contribute to safeguarding

Qualifications

• This role requires a full Level 3 Childcare Qualification and knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Candidates should have nursery/early years experience and strong communication skills.
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative with colleagues and parents.
