Job summary

KPI RECRUITING LTD is seeking a Level 3 childcare qualified Nursery Assistant for a Colchester, Essex nursery. This full-time role is Monday to Friday, offering up to £28,000 per annum, with a focus on delivering high-quality early years care and development in a safe, stimulating environment.

You will work alongside experienced practitioners to support children across age groups, delivering activities that promote confidence, creativity, communication, and independence.

Qualifications

• A full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification is essential.
• Previous experience working within a nursery, preschool, or Early Years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Passionate about supporting young children's development.
