We are currently looking for a dedicated early years nursery assistant to join a welcoming and supportive early years setting in Colchester. As an early years nursery assistant, you will play an important role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing. You will work closely with the nursery team to plan and deliver engaging activities that encourage children to explore, learn and build confidence through play.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Qualified to level 3 in Early Years, Childcare or an equivalent qualification.

• Reliable, professional and committed to safeguarding.
• Able to communicate effectively with children, colleagues and parents.

Previous nursery or early years experience is desirable, but we are also happy to consider enthusiastic candidates who have recently completed their qualification and are looking to develop their career in Colchester.
