KPI RECRUITING LTD is assisting a well-established nursery in Harrow to recruit a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Assistant. The role supports young children's development within the Early Years framework, delivering high-quality care and engaging learning experiences.

You will work alongside experienced practitioners, follow safeguarding procedures, maintain a safe environment, and contribute to planning activities.

Qualifikationen

• A full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification is essential.
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

A well-established and welcoming nursery in Harrow is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join its friendly Early Years team. This is an excellent opportunity for a childcare professional who is passionate about supporting young children during the most important stages of their development and helping to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.

Working alongside experienced practitioners and room leaders, you will play a key role in providing outstanding care and supporting children's learning through engaging and meaningful experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities that promote learning and development.
• Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.
• Observe and record children's progress where required.
• Follow nursery safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare procedures at all times.
