About the role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, learning is continuous. We provide opportunities for you to develop the skills necessary to build your career in our Little Pioneers nurseries. We seek a qualified professional to help us realize our vision of being the leading childcare provider.

We offer flexible and part-time working hours between 7am - 6.30pm, with options for 2-4 day workweeks to suit your work-life balance.

What will the role involve?

  • Working collaboratively with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the classroom and for children's outcomes.
  • Supporting the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional care and early education, maintaining high performance standards.

Who are we looking for?

  • A candidate with a full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
  • An Enhanced DBS check (costs covered by us).
  • Open, honest, compassionate, and passionate about early years education and working with children.
