Job summary

Strategy Education is seeking Level 2/3 Nursery Nurses for permanent and daily cover across Essex locations including Chelmsford, Witham, Maldon and Colchester. You will provide high-quality care for children aged 0-5 and support developmental milestones in a variety of nursery settings.

Flexible hours and competitive daily rates are available, with opportunities to gain experience across multiple settings. DBS checks and safeguarding training are required.

Qualifications

• Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
• Previous experience in nursery settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting development.

Level 2/3 Nursery Nurses needed for permanent and daily cover in EYFS Strategy Education is currently seeking dedicated and passionate Level 2/3 Nursery Nurses to join our team on a daily supply basis.

This exciting opportunity allows you to work within a variety of nursery settings across Chelmsford, Witham, Maldon and Colchester providing invaluable support and care to young children during their crucial developmental years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0-5 years in nursery settings.
• Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.

Requirements:

• Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
• Previous experience working in nursery settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
