A leading community service is looking for an experienced Nursery Nurse to join their multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will provide essential support to women experiencing perinatal mental health issues, working collaboratively to ensure optimal care for mothers and their babies. Job Summary
We are delighted to announce that a full-time Nursery Nurse opportunity has become available within the Perinatal Mental Health Community Service. The position is for the West Kent Team, working across Maidstone and South West Kent.
The West Kent team is based in Maidstone. Working closely with NHS England, the aim is to improve access to and quality of perinatal mental health services across the counties.
We are looking for an experienced Nursery Nurse to provide nursery nursing interventions and support to women in the community experiencing moderate to severe perinatal mental health issues, including women in the antenatal and postnatal periods. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working alongside professionals offering therapeutic input and wider community teams.
You must have a recognised Child Care qualification, e.g., NNEB or BTEC National Diploma.
