Support the foundations of learning and development in a nurturing environment!

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a full-time Early Years Worker to join a welcoming and supportive nursery setting in the Exeter area. This role is ideal for someone passionate about early childhood education and keen to make a real impact in the lives of children aged 0–5.

Location: Exeter
Role: Early Years Worker (Nursery)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time (with the potential for a permanent position)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the learning, development, and care of children aged 0–5
2. Work alongside nursery staff to deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
3. Promote a safe and stimulating environment
4. Help with personal care routines and social development
5. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

We’re Looking For:

1. A caring and enthusiastic individual
2. Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/EYFS (or equivalent)
3. Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is desirable
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
5. A commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
