We are seeking to appoint a talented and highly motivated teaching assistant to work across EYFS - KS2.

Our schools, based in Newton Abbot, require Nursery Nurses / Primary experienced teaching assistants to support students. Ideally, candidates should have a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or an equivalent qualification.

The schools are part of a wider trust with sites across Newton Abbot, Exeter, Paignton, Brixham, and Torquay.

Responsibilities:

1. Guide children as a Nursery Nurse / Teaching Assistant, providing personalized support.
2. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to develop support plans.
3. Create a nurturing environment to promote social interactions and communication skills.
4. Assist with daily tasks, academic activities, and implement interventions to address behavior challenges and promote positive outcomes.

Requirements:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years preferred.
• Experience working with all age groups in nurseries or schools.
• Effective communication skills for clear interactions.
• Applicants with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle will be prioritized.
