Job summary

Zero2Five Early Years Recruitment is partnering with a welcoming early years setting near Elstree to recruit a Nursery Nurse. You will deliver EYFS-aligned activities, support children's learning and wellbeing, and build strong bonds with children and their families.

We're seeking a caring, enthusiastic and reliable practitioner with Level 3 EY qualification or higher and nursery experience to join a supportive team that values development and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification or above.
• Experience working with young children in a nursery setting.
• Caring, enthusiastic and reliable approach.
• Genuine passion for helping children learn, develop and thrive.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fun, engaging activities in line with the EYFS.
• Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
• Act as a key person, building strong bonds with children and parents.
• Help create a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment.
• Observe and record children’s progress.
• Work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and safeguarding.
