Nurse Seekers are proud to be recruiting a passionate, experienced Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner for a fantastic nursery based near Hanwell, London. The successful candidate must have a real passion for childcare and a commitment to the development of each child in their care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support all staff and contribute to a positive team environment.
2. Liaise with and support parents and family members.
3. Participate in out-of-hours activities such as training, staff meetings, parent evenings, and fundraising events.
4. Be flexible within the nursery's working practices and assist where needed.
5. Work alongside the Manager and staff team to ensure the nursery's philosophy is fulfilled.
6. Identify areas where your help can be most effectively utilized within the nursery.
7. Maintain awareness of the individual needs of all children.
