Nursery Nurse / Childcare Practitioner

Salary: £12.21 per hour

Location: Hatfield Peverel - Fixed Location

They provide comprehensive training in safeguarding and first aid, and they encourage all their staff to enhance their childcare qualifications.

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a relevant childcare qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 in Childcare)
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of child development and best practices
• Is passionate about making a difference in children's lives
• Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Is patient, caring, and proactive in meeting children’s needs
• Willingness to undertake ongoing professional development
