Job summary

Partou Stonehouse Day Nursery in Leyland, Lancashire, is seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team and ensure high standards of care and learning for children in line with EYFS.

You will manage a 40-hour week, support staff development, and foster strong partnerships with families while upholding safeguarding and quality standards. A welcoming bonus is offered and Partou Academy access.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Maths GCSE is required.
• Strong EYFS knowledge is expected.
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting.

About The Role

Partou Stonehouse is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Manager to ensure the smooth running of the setting. You will work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
