Job summary

Bright Kids seeks an experienced Nursery Manager for our Bell Green, Coventry setting, starting January 2027. You will lead staff, manage day-to-day operations, budgeting, invoicing and funding portal usage to ensure high standards of care and education.

The role requires a Level 3 childcare qualification with at least three years post-qualification experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with computerised systems. Flexible hours and progression are available.

Qualifications

• Qualified to a minimum of level 3 in childcare with at least three years post-qualification experience in a nursery setting.
• Some higher qualifications would be advantageous for this role.
• Ability to use computerised systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day and financial operations of the nursery.
• Lead, manage and develop the staff team with strong leadership.
• Oversee invoicing, budgeting and use of the funding portal.
