Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a full Level 3 Childcare qualification.
• Experience managing a nursery and leading EYFS/safeguarding.
• Proven track record of achieving Good/Outstanding Ofsted.
• Strong people leadership and occupancy driving skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day running of the nursery and ensure high standards.
