Job summary

Bright Horizons Farnborough is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead a team and deliver outstanding care and education for every child. The role starts as maternity cover and will later support nearby nurseries.

As Designated Safeguarding Lead you will ensure safeguarding, recruit and develop colleagues, and partner with support office teams to drive performance, staffing and compliant service. You will implement commercial plans to support revenue and cost efficiency, maintain staff ratios, and

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Experience in an Early Years leadership role at management level
• Experience participating in regulatory inspections resulting in Good/Outstanding
• Ability to develop high-performance teams with regulatory compliance
