Job summary

St John’s College Oxford seeks an experienced Nursery Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of Bainton Road Nursery. You will lead the team, manage operations and finances, and ensure a high standard of childcare in a small, caring environment.

You will develop the curriculum, support language and communication development, oversee marketing, policy development, OFSTED registration, and staff recruitment and training. This full-time post reports to the Domestic Bursar.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to offer exceptional childcare in a small, caring and enabling environment.
• Develop and manage the curriculum with a child-centred ethos.
• Oversee marketing of the setting and policies, and register new children.
• Ensure OFSTED registration compliance and manage staff recruitment, training and development.
