Connaught Resourcing Ltd (Education) seeks an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a large, multi-room nursery in Essex, opening in Epping in January 2027. You will combine strategic vision with confident, hands-on leadership to ensure exceptional childcare and education while supporting a sizeable team.

You will set direction, coach and develop staff, promote an inclusive culture, and uphold safeguarding and Safer Recruitment standards throughout the setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a large multi-room nursery or preschool.
• Strong people-management and staff development skills.
• Experience building a positive culture with focus on wellbeing and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead a large-scale setting with strategic direction and day-to-day operations.
• Drive exceptional childcare, education, and customer experience.
• Coach Deputy Managers and Room Leaders to develop future nursery leaders.
• Champion inclusion, safeguarding and Safer Recruitment practices across the team.
