Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Maths GCSE
• Strong EYFS knowledge
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting
• Passion for early years education
• Confidence in supporting children's learning and development
• Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the nursery team to deliver high-quality learning experiences for children
