Job summary

Busy Bees Nottingham Daybrook is seeking an inspiring Nursery Manager to lead our Good-rated setting. You will use your Level 3 childcare qualification and two years of leadership experience to drive high-quality EYFS learning and a warm, safe environment for children.

You will manage staff, partner with families, and oversee budgets and compliance while promoting development and wellbeing across our 123-capacity nursery.

Qualifications

• Level 3 childcare qualification required.
• Experience as Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
