OurCoop Little Pioneers is seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our team in delivering outstanding care and high-quality early education. You will work with the Operations and Quality Excellence team to ensure compliance, drive engagement and achieve excellent results, while developing the commercial success of your nursery.

You will hold a full Level 3+ Early Years qualification with at least 5 years of experience, plus an Enhanced DBS check.

Qualifications

• Full Level 3+ Early Years qualification and minimum 5 years’ Early Years experience.
• Enhanced DBS check will be funded by us.
• Strong leadership and desire to deliver first-class child, colleague and parent experiences.
