Bright Horizons Crouch End Day Nursery and Preschool in London is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead a 79-place setting, delivering exceptional care and education. You will be the Designated Safeguarding Lead, drive staff engagement, and collaborate with support offices to recruit and develop high-performing teams.

The role requires a Level 3+ Early Years qualification, EY leadership experience, safeguarding expertise, and a focus on safeguarding compliance while delivering commercial growth and

Formación

• Level 3+ Early Years qualification (or higher).
• Experience in an Early Years leadership role (Nursery Manager/Deputy/Assistant).
• Experience participating in regulatory inspections leading to Good or Outstanding outcomes.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and understanding of child protection.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team to deliver outstanding care and education.
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead and manage safeguarding policies.
• Recruit, nurture and develop high performing colleagues; partner with support offices.
• Develop and implement commercial plans to deliver growth, revenue and cost efficiency.
• Balance staff ratios with regulatory requirements and service excellence.
