Our Dream Team Member Will:

• Need at least a Level 3 childcare qualification and 3 years of experience
• Have 3 years of management experience within a nursery setting
• Be energetic and fun
• Have a genuine love and drive for working with and educating children
• Have a good understanding of the EYFS, Safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
• Believe in building strong parent partnerships to provide cohesive learning for our children
