Job summary

Partou Willowdene Day Nursery in Widnes, Cheshire, is seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead the setting on a full-time basis. You will ensure smooth daily operations and deliver high‑quality EYFS learning experiences for children, while safeguarding and promoting their development.

Lead and inspire a team, build strong partnerships with families and childcare colleagues, and maintain a safe, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) is required.
• Maths GCSE is required.
• Strong EYFS knowledge is essential.
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting is required.
• Passion for early years education and safeguarding responsibilities.

About the Role

Partou Willowdene is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Manager to ensure the smooth running of the setting.You will work towardsensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You willlead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
