Banana Moon Franchise are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead on the growth and development of our Flagship nursery in Hatton. This is an incredibly exciting time for Banana Moon, as we are about to embark upon a renovation and reinvestment project throughout the nursery.

In the role of Nursery Manager, attention to detail is paramount in ensuring the highest standards of quality and care for the children under our supervision. From maintaining accurate records to overseeing the implementation of our bespoke, play-based curriculum, every task requires precision and accuracy. Banana Moon Day Nursery places great importance on the welfare of its employees with a ‘wellbeing pledge’ integrated into the curriculum. Requirements

• Minimum of a Level three qualification as approved by the Department of Education
• At least two-years current Nursery Manager experience
• Experienced in leading quality practice
• A clear enhanced DBS certificate
• Thorough knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage 2024 (EYFS)
• Proven track record with the regulatory body
• Paediatric first aid certificate preferred but not essential
• Previous experience of being the Designated Safeguarding Lead
• Salary from £42,000 per annum dependent on experience
• Nursery closed between Christmas and New Year
