Job summary

Cheshire Day Nursery in Warrington is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead an Outstanding nursery on-site. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning and safeguarding, while developing your team and building strong family partnerships.

The role requires senior leadership experience in Early Years, a strong focus on safeguarding, and the ability to maintain inspection readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience as Nursery Manager or in a senior leadership role within Early Years.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong safeguarding and child protection knowledge.
• Experience preparing for and maintaining inspection standards (Ofsted/early years inspections).
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusive practice.

Role Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our Outstanding nursery in Warrington. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role where you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring children receive the highest standards of care, learning, and support.

You'll play a key role in leading and developing your team, maintaining compliance and safeguarding standards, building strong partnerships with families, and driving the continued success of the nursery.
