Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a high‑quality early years setting in Warrington.

You will oversee staffing, compliance with EYFS and safeguarding, and drive improvements in teaching and outcomes for children on a day‑to‑day basis. You will build strong relationships with families and the local community while collaborating with regional leadership to hit occupancy and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager in a high-quality setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Excellent knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
• A track record of improving outcomes and maintaining high standards.
• Confidence working both independently and as part of a wider leadership structure.

Salary Up to £42,500 plus up to 25% annual salary
