Based on a 40 hr working week, salary is c£51k plus, plus great benefits and further opportunities with this growing provider.

Requirements

Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare

Have at least 6 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery

Have at least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams

Can inspire, energise and support others

Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn

Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations

A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
