Job summary

Zipadee DayNursery in Leek, England, is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager for a six‑month FTC, 40 hours per week. The role offers up to £37,500 salary plus a quarterly bonus of £3,000 and generous leave.

You will lead a well‑established team, uphold EYFS and safeguarding standards, engage parents, drive occupancy, and prepare for inspections. The nursery is part of the Family First Group, offering progression within a supportive leadership structure and a wellbeing programme.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification.
• Level 5 qualification in Childcare, Leadership, or Management.

As NurseryManager, you will lead the day-to-day running of the nursery while maintaininghigh standards across the setting. You will be responsible for:

What we’re looking for:

• Full and relevant Level 3Childcare qualification
