Job summary

JEM Childcare Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking a Nursery Manager for a 40-hour week in Hove (East Sussex). The role requires leadership experience, strong EYFS knowledge, safeguarding responsibilities and a track record with Ofsted inspections. Salary up to £46,000 depending on experience.

The successful candidate will lead day-to-day operations, manage occupancy and budgets, and drive high-quality care and learning for children in a nurturing setting by the sea.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in early years, including 2 years in a management or team-leading role
• Experience leading or supporting Ofsted inspections
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety practices
• Experience managing nursery teams, occupancy, and budgets
• Deliver high-quality care and learning while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements

This amazing Nursery are now seeking an passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to join them and lead the day to day running of the setting. Beautiful Nursery just by the sea! Working 40 hrs, our clients are offering salary up to £46k depending on experience. You will need to be a nursery manager, and ideally have taken a nursery through an Ofsted Inspection.
