Job Title: Nursery Manager

Our clients, a beautiful 50+ place Nursery in Beaconsfield, are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of the setting. The role involves working 5 days a week, totaling 40 hours, with a salary of approximately £45,000 plus excellent benefits.

Requirements
  1. Ideally, you will have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare.
  2. You should have at least 3 years' experience working in a Day Nursery.
  3. At least 2 years' experience leading and supporting teams.
  4. You can inspire, energize, and support others.
  5. You have a genuine passion for working with children and helping others learn.
  6. You possess sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations.
  7. You have a firm understanding of Ofsted standards and requirements.
