Qualifications

• HLTA status or equivalent experience required.
• Secure understanding of child development and inclusive practice.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Collaborative approach with teachers, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver learning activities in partnership with Early Years staff.
• Contribute to planning, assessment and intervention programmes.
• Support small group work and targeted learning.
• Promote high standards of behaviour and wellbeing.
