Greenfield Nursery School in Shipston-on-Stour seeks a committed Nursery Kitchen Assistant to join the kitchen team. You will help prepare nutritious meals for children, support kitchen operations and uphold high hygiene standards. Qualifications

• Dietary requirements awareness – essential
• COSHH knowledge – essential
• Cooking experience in domestic or commercial kitchens – essential
• Fluent English (GCSE level) – essential
• Experience cooking for young children – desirable

Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen clean and safe, follow hygiene protocols
• Assist the chef to prepare nutritious meals for children
• Communicate dietary requirements clearly to teams
• Support with the Red/Amber/Green plate procedures for meals
• Work with nursery team and parents to promote healthy, balanced diets
