Job summary

Oasis Skinner Street Primary School is opening a new Nursery in January 2027. We seek a qualified Nursery/EYFS teacher to lead a dedicated classroom within our academy, creating a safe, engaging environment where young children can grow in confidence and early learning skills.

You will work closely with the EYFS Lead and the Oasis Skinner Street family, developing strong family partnerships and contributing to a high-quality educational experience for the youngest learners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Nursery/EYFS classroom and supporting families with transition into Nursery/School.
• Passion for education of young children and ability to deliver engaging activities.
• Desire to bring innovation and interactivity to teaching and reach for excellence.
• Ability to quickly develop rapport with all members of the school community and maintain boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Create a caring, stimulating environment enabling pupils to learn, considering varying previous experiences.
• Plan and prepare lessons and activities suitable for age group and ability.
• Collaborate within the Oasis Skinner Street family to ensure best outcomes for children and wider community.
