Job summary

kinderzimmer Berkhamsted offers a Level 3 Educator Apprenticeship. You will work a 40-hour week on a rota, from 7.30am to 6.30pm, contributing to high-quality early years education and childcare. Training is delivered by Realise Learning and Employment Limited, with progression opportunities within the group.

The role involves supporting children’s development, activities planning, safeguarding practices, and collaboration with parents and staff, including attending training and meetings.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths grade 4 or above.
• GCSE English Language grade 4 or above.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a planned programme of activities suitable for the children’s age range.
• Keep a record of achievement files for key children for parents/carers.
• Support integration with parents/carers of children with special needs.
