Job summary

Kinderzimmer Amersham is offering an Early Years Educator Apprenticeship (Level 3) for 40 hours a week, Mon-Fri, between 7:30am and 6:30pm. You will contribute to planned activities, maintain developmental records, support children with additional needs, and work with families to deliver high-quality childcare in a nurturing setting.

What You'll Do

At Kinderzimmer Amersham, we are dedicated to creating high-quality learning environments that prioritise each child’s developmental needs.

We are currently seeking a Nursery Apprentice to join our team on a 40-hour-per-week contract, working shifts between 7:30am and 6:30pm.

In this role, you will play a key part in:

• Delivering exceptional education and childcare by contributing to planned activities
• Maintaining developmental records
• Supporting children with additional needs
• Collaborating with staff and families

You will also assist with daily routines such as toileting, mealtimes, and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment.

Additional responsibilities include supporting inspections, attending training and staff meetings, and upholding safeguarding and confidentiality standards.
