Job Description:

We are currently looking for a well-qualified and experienced Nursery Teacher to join one of our client schools in Aylesbury. The school aims to receive an outstanding rating from Ofsted and is looking for candidates who can help maintain high standards. Teachers who do not perform at a level of “Good” or above will not be considered, and a rigorous recruitment process will be followed.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and creative Foundation Teacher, possibly with leadership qualities, as there is room for progression. The candidate should also be a reflective practitioner with flexible teaching methods.

The school is federating with another school starting June next year, with exciting developments expected from January 2025.
