Qualifications

• Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Early Years, Childcare or an equivalent qualification.
• Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Enthusiastic, positive and nurturing, with a genuine desire to help children flourish.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support children across Nursery, mainstream classes and the specialist Complex Needs Resource Base.
• Contribute to an inclusive, welcoming classroom environment with high expectations for all.
