Job summary

Revive Education is seeking a Nursery Deputy Manager in Farnborough to lead a team of 11 and support the Nursery Manager in daily operations. The role requires a Level 3 Early Years qualification, senior nursery experience, and strong EYFS knowledge.

You will uphold safeguarding standards, drive high-quality practice and foster excellent relationships with families and professionals. The successful candidate will help manage staffing, oversee training and development, and step into the Nursery

Qualifications

A full Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
Experience in a senior, room-leadership or nursery-management position.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding requirements and Early Years regulations.
Confident leadership, organisational and staff-management skills.
Excellent communication with families and colleagues.
Right to work in the UK (enhanced DBS preferable).

Responsibilities

Support the Nursery Manager with day-to-day operation of the setting.
Lead, motivate and deploy the nursery team while ensuring appropriate staffing.
Promote high-quality EYFS practice and meet children’s individual needs.
Maintain safeguarding, health and safety, welfare and regulatory compliance.
Build positive relationships with children, families, colleagues and external professionals.
Support staff supervision, mentoring, training and performance development.
Step in as Nursery Manager when required.
